ISOPROTM 580 is a highly versatile soy protein isolate for wide variety of applications.Because of high dispersing properties with lecithin fortified, it lends itself well in nutritional applications and beverage. It is low dusting, bland flavor and offers high nutritional properties.This product is assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of the Global Standard for Food Safety, developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). 580 is Non-GMO with a Hard IP scheme recognized as meeting EU standards. The fully integrated supply chain is certified by SGS as meeting all requirements of the Non-GMO Supply Chain Certification.
