ISOPRO 510B is a highly versatile soy protein isolate for wide variety of applications. Because of high dispersing properties with lecithin fortified, it lends itself well to injection in whole muscle meat products, various ground meat products and applications in beverage. It is low dusting, bland flavor and offers high nutritional properties.
