ISOPROTM 619 is an isolate soy protein that has excellent dispersing ability and wonderful dissolubility, with perfect color before and after hydration. For its specific properties, it can be widely used in beverage area, such as protein power, formula milk power, soy milk, soy protein drink and other nutritional or functional beverages. This product is assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of the Global Standard for Food Safety, developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). 619 is Non-GMO with a Hard IP scheme recognized as meeting EU standards. The fully integrated supply chain is certified by SGS as meeting all requirements of the Non-GMO Supply Chain Certification.
