ISOPROTM 915 is a very light colored, readily dispersible, sodium-reduced isolated soy protein. Heated aqueous dispersions exhibit a low viscosity. It is both an emulsifier and an emulsion stabilizer. Because of its unique properties, it can be used in dry powdered mixes, soy protein powder (soy shake), sport nutrition, and other nutritional applications which are desired for calcium fortification. This product is assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of the Global Standard for Food Safety, developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). 915 is Non-GMO with a Hard IP scheme recognized as meeting EU standards. The fully integrated supply chain is certified by SGS as meeting all requirements of the Non-GMO Supply Chain Certification.
