Recruitment Procedure

Application

You may search through job vacancies and apply to a suitable vacancy by filling the application form.

Assessment

After receiving your job application, we will review your CV to check whether you are a good fit for the job or not. Our recruitment team will contact you and inform you about the interview process.

The pre-interview round could include written tests, group activities etc.

The interview round includes a number of individual interviews with the HR team and functional experts – either by phone or face-to-face interview.

Selection

If you got selected, we will welcome you on to the SubNutra team and give you more information about our company and your job responsibilities.

Talent Assessment

SubNutra believes in nurturing and developing the talent of employees. We always try to give opportunities to suitable internal talents. Our Talent Assessment and Succession Planning process helps in evaluating the development potential of employees & planning succession for key positions. Our succession plans cover all the crucial jobs in SubNutra and include a list of forecasted potential successors for those jobs. We know how well these successors are working and how close they are to taking on the next role in their development. This procedure, based on the expertise, supports internal selection in line with business requirements.
